At Ness Electronics, Inc, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange provided it is in its original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the item in its original packaging with all included manuals and accessories, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our designated returns center; we recommend purchasing insurance for high-value electronic components.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue an exchange within 5-7 business days.
